Now I just wanted to make a quick post about something about loving yourself.
When I decided to become natural two years ago, I was really in the process of finding who "I" am an being comfortable in the skin I'm in.
When I became natural it's really a liberating experience. Naturalista's set the bar high for themselves. You are showing people especially yourself that you set the trends, you dont follow them! Today, so many African American women struggle with beauty and what society tells them what's beautiful, and having a big fro and nappy hair aint it. THE DEVIL IS A LIE!!! lol But seriously before you decide to make a life changing experience with going natural ask yourself...
" AM I READY TO EMBRACE THE NATURAL ME THAT I AM??"
So if you are ready to embrace the natural YOU-that you are...then you are already on your way to great start with a healthier you...It starts within....then from your head to your feet!
